By browsing and using this website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use which (hereby the “Agreement”). Together with the FPC Cookies Policy they govern the FPC relationship with you in relation to our official website: www.fpcollective.se. The below Terms and Conditions are effective immediately as of 01.03.2019.

This is a binding legal Agreement between you and FPC providing, among other things, the terms and conditions for your access to and use of our official website www.fpcollective.se. including all content herein.

FPC reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice to publish updates, changes or replace any part of this Agreement herein available. It is the user’s responsibility to revisit the Agreement for potential changes. Your continued use of and access to the FPC website constitutes an explicit acceptance of such changes. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FPC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

15.1 You will be responsible for providing the dial-up, DSL cable modem or other form of Internet access and any other hardware and software necessary to access and use the website.

FPC will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users and Members who are repeat infringers of another person’s copyright. 15.3 Filing a DMCA Notice to Remove Copyright – Protected Content
If you believe in good faith that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notice containing the following information:

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Stockholm, Sweden.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.

15.9 This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of FPC and its successors and assigns. This Agreement, together with any rules, policies, or additional terms associated with this website, constitutes the entire understanding and Agreement of the parties respecting the subject matter of this Agreement.

15.10 Any provision of this Agreement which by its nature is intended to survive the termination of this Agreement will survive such termination.
